Very professional and curious. They called me and told me that my car had a recall and fixed it the same day. This was so unlike other vehicles I have owned. Honda was aware of problem, but told me to wait until car stopped for them to repair. Cadalac wa aware of headlight issue but I had to pay for repair and be reimbursed! Love my car

I found a car via Car Gurus located at this dealership approximately 1pm on Monday. I was put in touch with Kayla and texted her. She was very prompt, courteous and helpful! We put the deal together quickly and she had my car delivered to my home, which is 2 hours away, by 7pm. I love the car. It is just as pictured on their site and in the video. She's great and I highly recommend her and this dealership.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My brake lights would not go off on a Saturday afternoon and the service dept. was closed. One of the sales reps (he wore a boot on one foot) was so helpful in finding out the problem and doing a temporary fix until I could bring it in on Monday. Great customer service!!!

My dealing with Southtowne Hyundai of Newnan was with the service department and particular with Gustavo Sigaloff. I couldn't have ask for anyone better. He was very professoinal and kept me abreast of what was going on and had the work completed in a timely manner.

Had a recall for my 2012 Sante Fe. Took longer than expected but the service manager took care of me. Gave me a loaner til mine looked at. Only thing is I wished there was a Hyundai dealership near me. I had to travel over an hour to get to Newnan. Wish there was one in Griffin or McDonough.

Had a problem with the engine. Nikki was the person who took care of me. She explained the problem and the process to fix it. Was honest and very friendly. She kept me from being extremely upset. Told me what to do till parts came in to fix it.
Gustavo got the repair process started by determining what the problem was and tried to see if it could be covered by warranty. Unfortunately it wasn’t, but he advised us what the cost would be and that the car had a recall that he could get fixed while the main problem was being fixed. Also arranged for a loaner car.

We had a very unpressured and pleasant experience with Damian Clark and Southtowne Hyundai. We were able to come on several occasions to test drive the car we were looking at. Damian took us out and walked us thru the new safety features so that we felt comfortable. When we came back to buy, we were in and out in 1.5 hours which was perfect from a time standpoint. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We recommend this dealership and look forward to seeing them down the road for our next car buy.
