These people scammed me in the cruelest way imaginable. I purchased an SUV from them some time ago, and they never told me that the vehicle had a Lemon Buyback Title. They never explained what that meant, and they gave me paperwork in English to sign even though English is not my first language. I did not fully understand the documents, and they rushed me into signing them.
They sold me this vehicle for $25,000 with approximately 70,000 miles, despite the fact that it had a Lemon Buyback Title.

WOW! Awesome service in the Hyundai Service Department - I was in from out of town and got a flat tire- and I mean totally flat no driving on it what so ever- needed a new tire ASAP to be able to drive back home- 7 hours away. Hunter Mila at the Service Dept was such a great help and found a tire for my vehicle and also got my tire warrenty all set as well.

Customer service terrible after purchase. Pass you off like football on unresolved issues. Stay away! Horrible experience. And gladly will take your money and tell you its not under your warranty. Clearing code on used vehicles. Beyond furious with no one even attempted to talk with us. Just told not under warranty and the we were ghosted. Even as far as conversation with a manager. Bryan. After we had to pay for new radiator. Pickup car and running light out and grease all over fenders. Here we are again another week later and crickets.
Two items: 1. They tried to sell me a used Veloster with ~45 to 50k miles on it for more than a new one of the same trim. 2. They refused to perform warranty work on my vehicle authorized by the manufacturer. I was told by a different dealership that the dealership doesn't pay any part of the bill for warranty work.

BUYERS BEWARE…my wife purchased a brand new Hyundai sonata in 2021, after the FIRST Hyundai Santa fe she had that the transmission went out within 2 years. At less than 15k miles it left her on the side of the road because of bad fuel injectors. ( the brand new Hyundai sonata) Okay, things happen, they fixed it under warranty. Fantastic customer care from Maddie Barton, Charlie Simmons and Lee Falk. They made the purchase so easy, even though I had an expired drivers license, they worked with me and the bank to get the financing approved. They will try to tell you they are selling you a car with a clean history, they consider OVER $9500.00 in repairs the previous month clean!! Wasted my time and money, call your insurance agent or CarFax before wasting your time, this is NOT AN HONEST ESTABLISHMENT! I had several people at this dealership tell me how long they had been there, my only thought was I wouldn’t admit I had been ripping people off that long to someone’s face! Buyer beware!
If you buy a car here, do not expect service unless you schedule oil change, tire rotation, etc a month out. Terrible service after the sale...
We had a great experience purchasing our new Tucson from Brett Coburn. Brett and managers were very professional. We had no high pressure and very good to deal with. I highly recommend Brett and dealership.
Worked with Bret Coburn, He is very helpful and straight forward. I told him what we were looking for and $$ we wanted to spend. He found that vehicle on the lot, from start to finish in 3 hours, looking at the Kona, test drive and out of finance.
My worst encounter with a car dealership: Southtown Hyundai in Newnan. Stay away! Incompetent service department. First visit for a cracked windshield resulted in ripped fabric and a scratched screen; they apologized and fixed it. Second visit for an oil change led to a massive oil spill on my driveway due to a forgotten cap. They towed it back, redid the oil change, but engine cleaning chemicals damaged my front bumper. Shockingly, they initially blamed me, only admitting fault after presenting evidence. They refuse responsibility, shifting blame onto customers for their own mistakes. Stay cautious!

Poor customer svc. Went in for oil change, Front end alignment (car pulling slightly to the rt.) and rotation. These ppl clearly did not use gloves all the dirt for the tire change was on my steering wheel, gear shift and door handle. The worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They said my 2016 tucson had a blown engine($14,000 to repair) and then very much wanted me to trade in and buy another car. After asking for the diagnostic repirt of blown engine all they would offer me was a copy of my receipt. After not finding a suitable car to buy I took my tucson elsewhere and then found out it was a cylinder issue, only $4000 to repair. Andrew Minix was seriously fantastic. Too bad his General manager Bram blew the deal by being condescending and trying to take back a discount that HE made a mistake on because he decided listening to his customer wasn’t important.

DO NOT BUY CAR HERE!! I have been dealing with a nightmare due to the car that they sold me. I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Genesis with 7,000 miles around November of 2022. Within the first week of owing the vehicle I noticed water leaking inside the cabin. They took it in multiple times and nothing. They tried trading it back without the taxes paid and the positive equity on my trade in. It was finally deemed a lemon and still to this day am stuck in the buyback process (7-17-23) Lavelle was my sales representative. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
This company is extremely unsatisfactory. Ever since I purchased the Palisade, I have been encountering a multitude of problems. The company was dishonest with me right from the start, so I wouldn't recommend trusting their 3-year maintenance package.
Moreover, their service department is highly inadequate. I was stranded for hours on the side of 285 due to a flat tire as they neglected to return my lugnut key back in the car.
Their warranties are not reliable, and once the purchase is made, they fail to value their customers.

If you come here ask for Tom he’s an amazing person even though the car I wanted was sold when I got there, my interaction with him was the best service I’ve had at a dealership he didn’t try to up sale me he kept everything 100 he’s just an all around great salesman
Bought extended bumper to bumper 100k warranty. Show 2 videos of an issue with car. Computer not showing codes. Mechanic states ..what am I supposed to do replace all 500 sensors. Service manager states leave car for undetermined period of time, no loaner and would be charged diagnostic fees until they could locate the issue. States if they had a loaner it would go to one of the cars that has been there for over 100 days. This is my 4th new car bought from this dealer and it will be my last!
Service department does a terrible job. Very unprofessional. Can't even put an oil cap on without losing it after doing an oil change.
Terrible, dishonest people. Will lie to you multiple times on the phone just to get you to drive to Newnan. Horrible.
What does it take to get some help from the Hyundai customer service team? I filed a ticket on November 10 for my inoperative BlueLink and was told the issue would be resolved in 3-5 business days. Well, I called on day 5, 7, and 9 and I HAVE STILL NOT received any help. Its infuriating that your CS and engineering teams can continue to ignore a customer who just spent this money on a car. They were very friendly and helpful when we came in to look for my son a truck. They gave us several options until we found one that fit our needs and felt was a great, safe option.
Very professional and curious. They called me and told me that my car had a recall and fixed it the same day. This was so unlike other vehicles I have owned. Honda was aware of problem, but told me to wait until car stopped for them to repair. Cadalac wa aware of headlight issue but I had to pay for repair and be reimbursed! Love my car

I have been bringing my Genesis to Southtown for 6 years now and always had great service. My Service Agent Carman is the BEST! She is always knowledgeable of what I need done and ALWAYS kind.
I found a car via Car Gurus located at this dealership approximately 1pm on Monday. I was put in touch with Kayla and texted her. She was very prompt, courteous and helpful! We put the deal together quickly and she had my car delivered to my home, which is 2 hours away, by 7pm. I love the car. It is just as pictured on their site and in the video. She's great and I highly recommend her and this dealership.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My brake lights would not go off on a Saturday afternoon and the service dept. was closed. My dealing with Southtowne Hyundai of Newnan was with the service department and particular with Gustavo Sigaloff. I couldn't have ask for anyone better. He was very professoinal and kept me abreast of what was going on and had the work completed in a timely manner.
I brought my 2019 Genesis G90 under manufacturer warranty by transport to the service department for a voltage issue that caused the car to not start. Well to make a long nightmare short I was charged $400 for a battery then charged 4 labor hours to determine what they need to properly fix the issue. Every time I called I was given from rats eating the wires, not enough technicians to work on the car etc. 6 days later I had to get the vehicle towed after I was told they needed to remove the engine and transmission! Tammy was Friendly, Professional and Helpful while addressing my needs after I had difficulty reaching anyone in the service department by phone. Those answering the phone were not helpful & seemed incapable of connecting me to the service department so I had to get in my car & Drive to the dealership to get a service appointment
Avoid this dealer! Very crooked. We had a contract to purchase a used car at a negotiated price - and they reneged on the contract while we got a loan. Told our bank the car had been sold. But a separate call revealed the car was still for sale. Guess they got seller’s remorse and decided they could sell the car for a higher price. We wasted a lot of time and money with this dealer whose word is NO GOOD! We should sue for breach of contract.

Had a recall for my 2012 Sante Fe. Took longer than expected but the service manager took care of me. Gave me a loaner til mine looked at. Only thing is I wished there was a Hyundai dealership near me. I had to travel over an hour to get to Newnan. Wish there was one in Griffin or McDonough.

Beware. This dealer marked up a hard-to-find 2021 Santa Fe Caligraphy by $4000 over MSRP. They also wanted to charge a $900 "administrative fee." Luckily I spotted the absurd changes in my quote and canceled the deal in time. Although they look good online, beware of last-minute changes and outrageous fees.
Get vehicle service’s due to Leaking Fuel Pump which, I was told that I had a problem with fuel pump and oil. More money
